Lake Mills Light & Water Department is hosting an in-person registration event featuring Energy Services, Inc. The event will be held at the Lake Mills City Municipal Building from 12pm – 4pm on February 4th. A Representative will be at City of Lake Mills Municipal Building to help customers complete the application forms and enroll in the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP).
