Lake Mills Light & Water sends utility bills to all customers once each month for electric, water, sewer, refuse and fire protection services. Costs for all services are included in your monthly bill.
Prompt payment of your bill is important. If, at any time, you experience problems paying your bill, contact us BEFORE the due date. We will make every effort to assist you.
We have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill:
Pay Online, Mobile Device or by Telephone
Pay online or set up automatic recurring payments at MyAccount.
To pay by phone, call 1-877-885-7968. Please have your bill available so you can provide your account number.
*Convenience fees apply for credit/debit card payments: 3% (plus $.50 if under $100) A $1.10 fee is added to payments from your checking or savings accounts. Your account will be credited the following business day.
Automatic Payment
Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To use this method, call the billing office at 920-350-7064 or download the Authorization for Direct Payment form and return it to us.
**Please note: DO NOT print the Authorization for Direct Payment form double-sided--the second page needs to be returned to us!
Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:

- No need to write checks
- No postage costs
- Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account
When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement at the beginning of each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.

If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only. Do not send cash. Please include the top portion of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.
Pay in Person
During normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) customers can make payments at the billing office, located at 200D Water Street, Lake Mills.
After business hours, payments can be dropped off in one of the two available drop boxes. One is located near the front door of City Hall and the other is located in the rear parking lot..
Other Payment Locations
As an additional convenience, payments are accepted at Greenwoods State Bank or Bank of Lake Mills.
